With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, Dato’ Sri Eddie is a seasoned property entrepreneur whose expertise spans sales and marketing, property development, branding, and strategic team building. Known for his vast network and strong relationships with key property leaders across the region, he has been instrumental in driving landmark developments that stand as testaments to his leadership and foresight.
One of his most notable achievements includes spearheading a signature project in the heart of Kuala Lumpur—successfully securing land, leading development, and delivering a high-quality product that earned widespread recognition and trust from buyers. A visionary and action-oriented leader, Dato’ Sri Eddie is celebrated for his creativity in conceptualizing unique, market-defining projects and his ability to turn ideas into reality. About Ms Amenny Chua
Amenny, with over 30 years of real estate experience, is the Executive Director and founder of OneWorld Group of Companies. Since its inception in 2010, she has led the agency in project oversight, talent development, and establishing a strong platform for marketing both local and international real estate opportunities. Her people-first leadership style has driven OneWorld to global recognition, including the prestigious International Star Leadership in Quality Award in Paris. Known for her dynamic approach, including the adoption of the 'Fish Philosophy', Amenny blends creativity, technology, and strategic execution to foster innovation and excellence within the industry.
About Mr Ivan Chong
Ivan Chong is an accomplished CEO with extensive experience in the property and hospitality management industry, spanning over 20 years. He is the CEO of Widebed, a company that has established itself as a pioneer in tourism properties in Malaysia since 2011. Ivan is also the co-founder of OS+ Co-working and a founding member of the Malaysia PropTech Association. In addition, he is the President of the Malaysian Vacation Rental Services Management Association.
Ivan also believes in lifelong learning and giving back to society. He regularly shares his knowledge and experiences at universities, events, and media outlets such as Reuters, Nanyang, TheStar, and various newspapers and magazines. His contributions have been recognized with the JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur Award in 2017 and being a finalist winner in the China Xiamen One-belt-one-road Accelerator in 2018. Ivan aims to create future leaders while serving society at large.

Evan Wong is an entrepreneur and business leader with experience in real estate development, digital marketing, and finance. As CEO of OneWorld Real Estate, he leads a licensed Malaysian agency of 100 agents, focusing on sustainable growth, clear processes, and a culture of professionalism.
He is also the Co-Founder of Capital R Berhad, which operates several ventures supporting the property industry, including Rai.digital, a digital marketing company, and RMS Mortgage, a mortgage solutions platform that helps clients secure financing more easily.
In addition, Evan serves as a Director of Sun Avenue Development Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian real estate development company involved in residential and mixed-use projects. His role covers project planning, business structuring, and partnership coordination.
Evan graduated from Monash University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in Finance and Econometrics.
